–a Santa Barbara based computer tech who isn’t perfect at all. When I called Mr. Walker to check on my computer’s status as prearranged at 5 pm, he was abrasively rude, and actually hung up on me. (I had called him prior to leave password information on his voice mail pertinent to what I’d asked him to work on, since this was necessary to the completion of the requested work) Further, he took sensitive information with him the first time he visited my home under the guise of future reference. This included my router name and information that would enable him to access the Internet hi-speed connection
If all that weren’t enough, he had the audacity to give “his friend” my boss’s phone number, who then later called and tried to wangle a job with my boss–specifically mine.
If you want to wait a good 45 minutes past the agreed upon arrival time of this “tech”, hear personal remarks about your home, gossip about common acquaintances, and thinly veiled asides, this is the fellow for you.
Finally, my computer is as crap performance as it was before his cheap help, and I continue to experience difficulties posting anything on my networks–up to and including this review.
